Return and Refund Policy

Returns
You have 7 days from the date your order is marked as shipped to return your product. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
A full refund will be issued only if the returned product has not been used or worn. Products that show signs of use, wear, alteration, or are missing original packaging will not qualify for a refund. In that case, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.
Please follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at millionairestrands@gmail.com within 7 days of your shipping date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the product securely, including any accessories and documentation that were shipped with it.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.
Exchanges
