NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES Once your order is placed no cancellations can be made Exchanges are only acceptable if there was a mistake made on our behalf or under special circumstances . We will reimburse you for the shipping cost once the hair is received . (ALL HAIR MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS) . Your exchange will be declined if the hair is not in its original state .The hair will be sent back. Your exchange will also be declined if the hair is not shipped back within 7 days . (if you are returning curly or wavy hair the hair must not be combed through) All customers are responsible for measuring their head. Sizing reference will be listed under all wigs to help you decide which size wig is best for you. Please be sure to read the frontal and wig size. If your wig is too big or small you wonβt be able to exchange it.
